Return Policy

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.

If you use the Website,

  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged during the Shipping
  • Products was / were missing
  • Wrong item was sent by the Seller

We will also not be able to accept the return if product

  • Request is made outside the time frame
  • Is used/worn or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Serial Number is tampered.
  • The product received by us is not as per your claim
  • Damage or lost in transit

No returns are accepted for the following products

  • Edible/ perishable items
  • Intimate wears for hygiene reasons
  • Cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes
  • Socks, toys and any free items received
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, free gifts or accessories
  • Products bought during sale or discount.

We advise you not to accept the delivery of damaged products or which are not-as-described by the seller.

In case you receive a product as damaged or defective or tempered, you must call or drop in a mail within 2 days on receipt of your product so we can help resolve the problem.

 Return Process

We are not happy to know that you are considering returning your product. But customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we make it easy for you to return the product.

Please refer our Return Policy to know under what circumstances and categories where we do not allow the return of the product sold by Needs Shopping Partners.

If you wish to return a product, you may need to do as below:

  • You need to raise the return request within ## days of the receipt of the order
  • You need to request a return to Needs Shopping either by calling us at the customer care or dropping us an email at [email address]
  • Below information should be included in the email. If you are calling at customer care, keep this information handy
    • Your Name
    • Email Address
    • Order Number
    • Mobile Number
  • You may request for either of the two
    • Refund
    • Replacement
  • If Seller disagrees for a return request, you can file a dispute at our customer care number
  • If the returned product does not pass the check as per Return Policy, we shall return it back to you.
  • if return is accepted, it will be refunded or replaced as per the request.
 Refund Policy
  • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • The refund would be initiated only after we receive the product in our facility
  • If seller agrees for refund, the refund will be initiated after product is received by us/seller
  • For refunds it takes up to 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund.
  • Refund will be as based on how you paid to us.
    • Credit/Debit Card: The refund amount will be credited into the same card, which was used for placing the order.
    • NEFT (online bank transfer): The refund amount will be credited into the same bank account that you had provided while placing refund request.
    • Cash on delivery: The value will be added to your wallet.
  • The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written order number on the package.
  • Please refer the details required by us in Return Process.
  • Once your refund is processed you will be informed by email.
  • A refund is processed based on the mode of payment.
  • If payment is done using Credit card then the amount is refunded to the credit card itself and will feature in the following monthly billing statement.
  • If the payment is done using Net banking as a payment then the amount is refunded to the bank account.
 Replacement Policy
  • There will be no charges on the replacement
  • Replacement will be entertained if you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described.
  • We guarantee a replacement within 30 days of delivery.
  • if the Seller doesn't respond to the Buyer's replacement request, within ### days from the date of replacement request placed by the Buyer, refund shall be processed in favour of Buyer and Seller shall be liable to refund amount paid to the Seller.
  • All shipping and other replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by the Seller. It will be free for you.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/colour of your choice.

  • Replacement will be accepted in following conditions
    • Item was defective
    • Item was damaged during the Shipping
    • Wrong item was sent by the Seller
    • Item not as described by the Seller
  • Replacement is seller specific.
    • For below sellers, replacement covered by the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee

  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller.
  • If the product is out of stock, refund will be initiated.

 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Needs Shopping

Needs Shopping is committed to deliver all the orders that are placed. However, there can be unforeseen conditions where we might have to cancel entire order or a part of it.

Such conditions includes but not limited to

  • Product is currently not available
  • Product has been discontinued
  • Available items are damaged
  • Your location in not serviceable
  • Not enough quantity to fulfil the order
  • Some problem has been identified in your card
  • Address is not accurate

Cancellation by Customer

We believe in being as customer centric as possible, hence we consider cancelling the order you placed. However, cancellation is allowed under following policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 days of placing an order.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • Order cannot be cancelled after delivery
  • If the product is shipped but not yet delivered, you can still cancel it. But the refund will be processed only after we receive the product back from the courier.
  • We will not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good
  • Refund will be made as per the refund policy and process.
